Need to change the size or the item? No problem!
At Maximo Moto PT , your satisfaction is our priority. We understand that sometimes a product may not fit perfectly or meet your expectations. That's why we offer a 30-day exchange policy , starting from the delivery date of your order.
📦 Exchange Eligibility
For the exchange to be accepted, you need to ensure the following:

The exchange request must be made within 30 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in perfect condition , with all original tags and packaging intact .

Products showing signs of use, damage, or missing packaging will not be accepted for exchange.
💶 Exchange Costs

For orders under €299 , a €12 exchange fee applies, which includes:

€6 for the return of the item.

€6 for shipping the new size or item.

For orders of €299 or more , the first size exchange is completely free .

In the case of multiple exchanges , all additional shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility , except for the first exchange.
⚙️ Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it free of charge with the same model, color, and size .
However, if you request a different product, color, or size , even after receiving a defective item, the shipping costs will not be covered by Maximo Moto PT.
🚚 Responsibility for Shipping

If the exchange occurs due to a customer error (for example, choosing the wrong size), the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs.

If the problem is the responsibility of Maximo Moto PT (for example, wrong or defective item), we will cover all associated costs .
