What payment methods are available?

We offer our customers several payment options, providing the highest level of security in the payment process.

Credit cards

We accept all major credit/debit cards. We use a top-of-the-line payment system with maximum security. Our customers can also email us, where our customer service representatives will be happy to assist you. For security reasons, we will only ship items to the registered address of the cardholder.

PayPal

We accept payments via PayPal. Please make all payments to support@maximomoto.pt. All payments will be made under the account 'MaximoMoto.Pt'. As a security measure, we can only ship purchased products to the registered PayPal address.

SeQura

Split your payment into 3 completely free.

Split your order payment into 3 equal payments, at no extra cost. One payment per month. Nothing more. Instantly and without paperwork.

For example, if you choose to pay for a €100 order over 3 months, you will pay €33.33 at the time of purchase and another €33.33 in the following two months. The monthly debit is automatic on your card. Always on the same day of the month you made the purchase. If that day is not convenient for you, you can change it at no extra cost.

This is how easy and quick it is to split your SeQura payment into 3:

1. Select Divide in 3 by SeQura as your payment method at checkout.
2. Enter your information (ID and cell phone number) and make the first payment (1/3 of the order).
3. Enjoy your purchase! All other payments will be processed automatically each month.

Payment in installments of 4, 6, 12 or 18 months.

Split your order payment into 4, 6, 12, or 18 monthly installments for just a small fixed monthly fee. All you need is your ID, mobile phone, and bank card. Instant and hassle-free. You can pay whenever you want, with no additional cost. You can only pay in installments over 18 months for orders of €390 or more.

For example, if you choose to pay for an order of 180 euros over 4 months, you will pay 48 euros per month (just 3 euros per month per installment).

This is how quick and easy it is to pay in installments with SeQura:

1. Select "Installment Payment" as your payment method at checkout.
2. Enter your information (ID and cell phone number), choose your payment plan, and pay the first monthly fee.
3. Enjoy your purchase! The remaining payments will be made automatically every month.

Bank transfers or cash deposits

We accept direct cash deposit into our bank account or bank transfer as payment. We can ship purchased items to any address if you are using this payment option.

If you choose to make the payment by bank transfer, please send us an email to support@maximomoto.pt informing us that you will be using this method and attach proof of the transfer or deposit.

Due to the large number of transactions we process, please include a unique reference number in your payment details that allows us to identify and attribute it to you. We recommend using your own name and postal code; this will help us easily identify your order.

Please note that we can only process and ship your request once the payment has appeared in our bank account.

Paid

Charges will be made in EUROS, and if you make the purchase in a country outside the EU in a currency other than EURO, the banks will apply the current exchange rate.

In case of a return, the customer will be charged a bank transaction fee of 10% of the order value.
