CAPARAZÓN:

The shell is made from TRICARBOCO fiber, a new composite that allows you to obtain a lighter shell but at the same time harder and more protective. The new compound is a mixture of carbon with different weights/rupture loads combined with aramid resins that ensure a lightweight shell that is much more resistant to impacts. To satisfy even the most demanding customers, MX TOURER is produced in THREE different cases: M, L and XL.

PROTECTIVE POLYSTYRENE:

The internal polystyrene lining is made in THREE sizes (M, L and XL) to obtain better ergonomics and variable density. This characteristic allows for a gradual and progressive absorption of the power produced by the impact. Although most of the energy created by the impact is absorbed by the outer layer, thanks to its deformation, the polystyrene paper is crucial for the absorption of residual energy. A different density of the polystyrene allows optimizing the mechanical performance of the polystyrene shell, ensuring the maximum level of absorption in all areas of the hull.

VISOR:

The visor is made of PC injected with anti-slip and anti-ray treatments, equipped with a lateral locking system.

PARASOL:

MX TOURER is equipped with a large PC sunshade, easy to use using the mechanism located on the side of the hubcap.

VENTILATION:

Ventilation on the MX TOURER is guaranteed by numerous air intakes, both on the chin and four on the hubcap, with two air inlets from the bottom of the visor and from the bottom of the hubcap. The air intakes use the well-known Venturi Effect, which extracts the air flow from the interior thanks to particular channels obtained in polystyrene.

INTERIORS:

Completely detachable and washable interior cushions and rails, available in different thicknesses, can be combined to achieve the best personalization of the hull.

RETENTION SYSTEM:

The barb features a double ring retention system in D that allows easy release of the retention system.

TOP:

A very important feature of the MX TOURER is the possibility of removing the visor and, using the special kit, the enduro hull is converted into an integral hull. The hull is equipped with a special kit that allows, once the visor is removed, to add an additional air intake.

Shipping can be done from any of our storage facilities in Europe, North America and Asia, depending on the availability of the product and the customer agrees to pay customs and charges applicable to all products in any country other than that of shipping origin.

How is my item sent?

Correos is the official messenger service for orders sent to Europe. Delivery of items will normally require a signature from the receiver. For Spain and Portugal, all items will be sent to customers through the Correos messaging service.

We can use some other messaging service for countries other than Europe to make the purchase easier for our customers due to the economic costs of messaging, although it may take 3 to 15 days for delivery once the order is sent.

Remember that when you accept a delivery, you are essentially confirming that your order is in perfect condition. If you see a damaged ship or if you believe that you have been mistreated, you are always firm as "damned". In this scenario, reject delivery and communicate with others immediately.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on the availability of the product, its shipping destination and the delivery time of the messaging partner at your location.

Workable days are every other month, excluding weekends and all festive days.

Can I select the delivery date?

If for any reason you want your order to be delivered later than the agreed closing date, we will do everything we can to adapt. How do I track my order?

Once your article is sent, you will receive an electronic mail from us that will facilitate a link to our messaging service website along with a shipping number. This will allow you to track the status of your order.

What happens if I haven't received the order?

If you are not at home, the courier or transport service will send you a note indicating that they intend to deliver your order. In this case, you can collect your order at the local courier office, whose address will be on the note, or you can communicate with the courier service to organize a new delivery.

If you wish, you can also request specific delivery instructions for the courier service; However, an important point to keep in mind is that some messaging services may not be obligated to you. If you do, you will assume full responsibility for the request.

Will delivery be to an alternative delivery direction?

As a security measure to protect our customers from fraud, we will only send items to the invoice address. The only way we can deliver to a different address is when payment is received through a direct bank transfer or postal transfer.

Do you deliver abroad?

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and still in its original packaging with labels intact. For our refund policy, see the returns tab.

We advise you to review your products at the time of delivery, as you are signing to confirm that you have received them in good condition.

What happens to my order receipt?

If your items are sent by a courier service, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days. If you do not receive your order, we will send you an email.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, it cannot be classified as missing until 7 days later (14 days for international orders).

However, the responsibility for lost goods in transit is ours and, therefore, we will send you a new order, as soon as the original items are delivered, or we will offer a full refund.
