HJC - RPHA91 ABBES MC5

HJC RPHA91 Abbes MC5 flip up modular motorcycle hull

The HJC RPHA 91 Abbes MC5 hull is a Flip front motorcycle hull from HJC, which complies with the latest ECE 22.06 safety standards and has double P/J homologation. Its innovative shell is manufactured with Premium Integrated Matrix EVO (PIM EVO) technology, which improves impact resistance while maintaining a light profile. This is achieved through the use of high quality materials such as carbon aramid, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic fabric and natural linen fiber.

The HJC hull lining system is designed with a hidden cooling point, which provides a soft touch and reduces pressure in the bulge area, improving comfort. The interior of the RPHA 91 is modeled and simulated in 3D to guarantee optimal performance, especially in terms of acoustic efficiency for a quieter driving experience. Furthermore, the hull is prepared to house the second generation SMART HJC communication system, which reflects its preparation for modern communication needs.

TECHNICAL CHARACTERISTICS:

ECE 22.06 standard:

Complies with or exceeds the approved ECE 22.06 standard. The tests include energy attenuation, penetration resistance, structural integrity of the barbel belt and labeling requirements for trailer motorcycle hulls.

PIM EVO wheel cover:

New shell material that includes carbon-aramid fiber, carbon fiber, glass fiber, organic non-woven fabric and natural linen fiber to provide improved impact resistance and a more comfortable and lighter shell.

New sun protection mechanism:

Integrated sunshade: The moisture-tinted windshield sunshade quickly and easily deploys using a new actuation system located at the bottom. Its new mechanism allows you to adjust the depth in 3 different positions according to your morphology and preference for an optimal adjustment.

Visor blockade:

The new visor lock is easier to open and more secure thanks to its push and release system.

Features of the P&J mentor:

Possibility of blocking the handle when you want to drive with it in the open position for safer driving. The chinrest retracts when the hull is in an open position to facilitate placement and reduce wind resistance. Furthermore, the lower cooling system automatically hides in an open position to reduce wind noise and air resistance. The new two-way pivoting lining allows the hull to be more compact (lower than before) while it is open to reduce wind noise and air resistance.

2nd generation intelligent HJC:

The SMART HJC 2ndgeneration models with premium Bluetooth communication system implement an all-in-one design, which is fully integrated into the hull, which allows you to feel the optimal weight balance and aerodynamic performance while driving.
