The HJC RPHA 12 is the newest sport helmet from HJC, a South Korean brand recognized for the quality, lightness, and durability of its helmets. This full-face model replaces the popular RPHA 11, bringing several significant improvements.

The RPHA 12 offers superior aerodynamics, a new spoiler, enhanced safety features, and a new visor, making it ideal for sport and track riders seeking high performance at high speeds without sacrificing comfort for everyday use.

Material

The RPHA 12 is manufactured using PIM (Premium Integrated Matrix) technology, a composition of fiberglass, aramid, and carbon fiber, which ensures an extremely lightweight and resistant shell. The helmet weighs only 1,474 grams, helping to reduce neck fatigue on long rides.

Available in 4 shell sizes and 7 head sizes (from XXS to XXL), the fit is more precise and the helmet has a more compact look.

Comfort

Internally, the RPHA 12 features a soft, anatomical lining made of fabric. Antibacterial, sweat-resistant, and quick-drying. The cheek pads and top lining are removable and washable, helping to keep the inside always fresh.

The helmet is compatible with the use of glasses and features an Emergency Quick Release system, making it easier for first responders to remove the helmet in case of an accident. It also includes a chin curtain and nose deflector, increasing comfort on long rides. The fastening system is a Double D-ring type, considered the safest and preferred by professional riders.

Visor

The HJ-42 visor offers a wide and clear field of vision, is scratch-resistant, and has UV protection. It comes with a Pinlock film, which prevents fogging even in cold or wet conditions. It also has a safety lock to keep the visor firmly closed at high speeds.

In addition to the clear visor, the helmet includes a dark smoke visor, ideal for sunny days or competitions. The visor mechanism is practical and can be operated even with gloves. It also pulls the visor closer to the shell, reducing wind noise and preventing water or dust from entering. Prepared for use with tear-offs, excellent for track use.

Ventilation

The RPHA 12 features one chin air intake, three top intakes, and two rear exhaust vents, ensuring excellent internal ventilation. Cool air circulates through channels in the EPS (internal polystyrene foam), keeping the head cool. Hot air is expelled through the rear vents in the spoiler, contributing to aerodynamic performance.

Export policy

Shipping can be done from any of our storage facilities in Europe, North America and Asia, depending on the availability of the product and the customer agrees to pay customs and charges applicable to all products in any country other than that of shipping origin.

How is my item sent?

Correos is the official messenger service for orders sent to Europe. Delivery of items will normally require a signature from the receiver. For Spain and Portugal, all items will be sent to customers through the Correos messaging service.

We can use some other messaging service for countries other than Europe to make the purchase easier for our customers due to the economic costs of messaging, although it may take 3 to 15 days for delivery once the order is sent.

Remember that when you accept a delivery, you are essentially confirming that your order is in perfect condition. If you see a damaged ship or if you believe that you have been mistreated, you are always firm as "damned". In this scenario, reject delivery and communicate with others immediately.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on the availability of the product, its shipping destination and the delivery time of the messaging partner at your location.

What days are considered workable days?

Workable days are every other month, excluding weekends and all festive days.

Can I select the delivery date?

If for any reason you want your order to be delivered later than the agreed closing date, we will do everything we can to adapt. How do I track my order?

Once your article is sent, you will receive an electronic mail from us that will facilitate a link to our messaging service website along with a shipping number. This will allow you to track the status of your order.

What happens if I haven't received the order?

If you are not at home, the courier or transport service will send you a note indicating that they intend to deliver your order. In this case, you can collect your order at the local courier office, whose address will be on the note, or you can communicate with the courier service to organize a new delivery.

If you wish, you can also request specific delivery instructions for the courier service; However, an important point to keep in mind is that some messaging services may not be obligated to you. If you do, you will assume full responsibility for the request.

Will delivery be to an alternative delivery direction?

As a security measure to protect our customers from fraud, we will only send items to the invoice address. The only way we can deliver to a different address is when payment is received through a direct bank transfer or postal transfer.

Do you deliver abroad?

Please check the shipping and payment tab on the advertised list to get a complete list of the countries we currently ship to. In Russia, we do not ship any type of product.

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and still in its original packaging with labels intact. For our refund policy, see the returns tab.

We advise you to review your products at the time of delivery, as you are signing to confirm that you have received them in good condition.

What happens to my order receipt?

If your items are sent by a courier service, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days. If you do not receive your order, we will send you an email.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, it cannot be classified as missing until 7 days later (14 days for international orders).

However, the responsibility for lost goods in transit is ours and, therefore, we will send you a new order, as soon as the original items are delivered, or we will offer a full refund.
