The Azra is a waterproof, electrically heated glove with a leather palm and flexible knuckle protection, designed for travelers and motorcyclists in cold climates.

Equipped with finger, joint, and palm protection, the Azra ensures durability and safety. The finger protection is made of TPR, a flexible and durable rubber, while the palm and finger protection is made of soft and flexible EVA. The palm is reinforced with leather that extends to the outside of the little finger for added protection.

The gloves are completely waterproof thanks to the Raintex membrane, and excess rainwater that accumulates between the membrane and the exterior is evacuated by the Water Exhaust™ system. The Centrack™ buckle keeps the wristband firmly in place, preventing it from slipping, so you never need to adjust it.

Dual Power™ technology allows you to select between 7.4V or 12V power sources, which can come from a battery in your armband or jacket, or directly from your motorcycle's battery. The gloves feature a small Easy Connect connector for easy attachment.

It has four heat levels, each color-coded, and the indicator on the back of the hand shows the remaining power. You can adjust the heat level with the touch of a button.

The gloves are compatible with the MACNA® Heated app, allowing you to control all your heated clothing from your phone via Bluetooth®, without having to unzip or search for hidden buttons. The app is free to download, allowing you to manage your entire heating system with just one click.

Thanks to the touch-sensitive tip on your index finger, you can control the application without removing your gloves. The same finger incorporates a Screen Cleaner™, a flexible extension that allows you to wipe rainwater off the screen.

The gloves include two 7.4V, 2.2A batteries and, depending on the production date, a multi-accessory wall charger or USB charging cable. If you want to use your bicycle as an unlimited power source, we recommend purchasing the gloves and power supply separately. (A kit with 12V batteries is also available.)

Shipping can be done from any of our storage facilities in Europe, North America and Asia, depending on the availability of the product and the customer agrees to pay customs and charges applicable to all products in any country other than that of shipping origin.

How is my item sent?

Correos is the official messenger service for orders sent to Europe. Delivery of items will normally require a signature from the receiver. For Spain and Portugal, all items will be sent to customers through the Correos messaging service.

We can use some other messaging service for countries other than Europe to make the purchase easier for our customers due to the economic costs of messaging, although it may take 3 to 15 days for delivery once the order is sent.

Remember that when you accept a delivery, you are essentially confirming that your order is in perfect condition. If you see a damaged ship or if you believe that you have been mistreated, you are always firm as "damned". In this scenario, reject delivery and communicate with others immediately.

NOTICE: Maximo-Moto.com will not be responsible for taxes, aranceles or dispatch positions corresponding to these communities. As a guide, customs expenses can follow the following conditions:

Orders under 150 euros:

Fixed expenses: 31.36 euros.

Aranceles: calculation of a percentage of the total purchase based on the item class (generally 7%).

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on the availability of the product, its shipping destination and the delivery time of the messaging partner at your location.

What days are considered workable days?

Workable days are every other month, excluding weekends and all festive days.

Can I select the delivery date?

If for any reason you want your order to be delivered later than the agreed closing date, we will do everything we can to adapt. If you want this service, indicate your preferred delivery date in the additional notes section when making payment. How do I track my order?

Once your article is sent, you will receive an electronic mail from us that will facilitate a link to our messaging service website along with a shipping number. This will allow you to track the status of your order.

What happens if I haven't received the order?

If you are not at home, the courier or transport service will send you a note indicating that they intend to deliver your order. In this case, you can collect your order at the local courier office, whose address will be on the note, or you can communicate with the courier service to organize a new delivery.

If you wish, you can also request specific delivery instructions for the courier service; However, an important point to keep in mind is that some messaging services may not be obligated to you. If you do, you will assume full responsibility for the request.

Will delivery be to an alternative delivery direction?

As a security measure to protect our customers from fraud, we will only send items to the invoice address. The only way we can deliver to a different address is when payment is received through a direct bank transfer or postal transfer.

Do you deliver abroad?

Please check the shipping and payment tab on the advertised list to get a complete list of the countries we currently ship to. In Russia, we do not ship any type of product.

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and still in its original packaging with labels intact. For our refund policy, see the returns tab.

We advise you to review your products at the time of delivery, as you are signing to confirm that you have received them in good condition.

What happens to my order receipt?

If your items are sent by a courier service, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days. If you do not receive your order, we will send you an email.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, it cannot be classified as missing until 7 days later (14 days for international orders).

However, the responsibility for lost goods in transit is ours and, therefore, we will send you a new order, as soon as the original items are delivered, or we will offer a full refund.
