Los guantes SPARK 3.0 son el compañero perfecto para tus rutas de verano en ciudad y alrededores. Los SPARK 3.0 destacan por su excelente nivel de protección, gracias a los deslizadores SAP™ en nudillos y dedos, fabricados con nueva tecnología. Además, incorporan cuero extra en el lateral del guante y eliminan costuras en las zonas más expuestas a desgarros. Los SPARK 3.0 incorporan deslizadores SAP™ de nuevo diseño. Para una protección aún mayor, incluyen un protector de nudillos mejorado con espuma ArmorPlus en el interior, que absorbe la energía del impacto en caso de caída, aumentando la seguridad.

La seguridad se refuerza aún más con una capa extra de ante sintético en el lateral del guante, que mejora la resistencia a la abrasión y reduce el riesgo de lesiones. Returns policy

Can I return a product?

Most products purchased on maximo-moto.com can be returned, always when they keep the original packaging and are in perfect condition . Including accessories, documentation and original packaging, otherwise it will suffer depreciation.

According to the exceptions to the Withdrawal Law regulated in RDL 1/2007, the return of custom-configured (personalized) products will not be permitted.

You will only be responsible for the decrease in the value of the animals resulting from a different manipulation necessary to establish the naturalness, characteristics and functioning of the animals.

Once the merchandise is received in our warehouse, and prior proof of the condition of the same, proceeds will be taken to reinstate the amount, according to the payment method made by the customer, unless paid in cash, which will be repaid by bank transfer and, in any case, within a period of 5 to 7 natural days from the reception of the merchandise return. The direct cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer as soon as it is registered at the LGCU.

Can I change a product?

What are the return or exchange deadlines for a product?

The return deadlines that will continue will be detailed starting from the delivery of the order:

If I receive the order and the product has a defect or tare?

First of all, you must take photos proving the defect and send them by mail to calidad @ secur-tex.es along with your contact details.

Once the product is analyzed and the defect is determined, Máximo-Moto will take care of the shipping costs corresponding to the recovery of the defective item and shipping the correct item.

The maximum period to request the exchange or return of the defective item is 30 working days from the date of receipt of the order

If the product does not correspond to the order placed?

maximo-moto.com will be charged for all expenses. Both in terms of collecting the wrong product and the costs of delivering the correct order.

No merchandise return will be carried out until the product subject to return has been verified or exchanged in our warehouses, as well as the condition of the packaging and its accessories.

Guarantee

The General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (TRLGDCU) establishes a guarantee period when products delivered do not comply with the contract or are defective within a period of two years from the date of purchase.

The warranty applies whenever the product is used under the normal conditions of use determined by each manufacturer.

Securtex SL is not obliged to compensate the user or third parties for the consequences of the use of the product, whether direct or indirect damage, accidents suffered by people, damage to the two years of use of the product or loss of benefit or loss of profit.

The document that accredits this guarantee will always be the invoice/purchase ticket.

Export policy

Shipping can be done from any of our storage facilities in Europe, North America and Asia, depending on the availability of the product and the customer agrees to pay customs and charges applicable to all products in any country other than that of shipping origin.

How is my item sent?

Correos is the official messenger service for orders sent to Europe. Delivery of items will normally require a signature from the receiver. For Spain and Portugal, all items will be sent to customers through the Correos messaging service.

We can use some other messaging service for countries other than Europe to make the purchase easier for our customers due to the economic costs of messaging, although it may take 3 to 15 days for delivery once the order is sent.

Remember that when you accept a delivery, you are essentially confirming that your order is in perfect condition. If you see a damaged ship or if you believe that you have been mistreated, you are always firm as "damned". In this scenario, reject delivery and communicate with others immediately.

NOTICE: Maximo-Moto.com will not be responsible for taxes, aranceles or dispatch positions corresponding to these communities. As a guide, customs expenses can follow the following conditions:

Orders under 150 euros:

Fixed expenses: 31.36 euros.

Aranceles: calculation of a percentage of the total purchase based on the item class (generally 7%).

Orders over 150 euros:

Fixed expenses: 43.68 euros.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Delivery times depend on the availability of the product, its shipping destination and the delivery time of the messaging partner at your location.

What days are considered workable days?

Workable days are every other month, excluding weekends and all festive days.

Can I select the delivery date?

If for any reason you want your order to be delivered later than the agreed closing date, we will do everything we can to adapt. How do I track my order?

What happens if I haven't received the order?

If you are not at home, the courier or transport service will send you a note indicating that they intend to deliver your order. In this case, you can collect your order at the local courier office, whose address will be on the note, or you can communicate with the courier service to organize a new delivery.

If you wish, you can also request specific delivery instructions for the courier service; However, an important point to keep in mind is that some messaging services may not be obligated to you. If you do, you will assume full responsibility for the request.

Will delivery be to an alternative delivery direction?

As a security measure to protect our customers from fraud, we will only send items to the invoice address. The only way we can deliver to a different address is when payment is received through a direct bank transfer or postal transfer.

Do you deliver abroad?

Please check the shipping and payment tab on the advertised list to get a complete list of the countries we currently ship to. In Russia, we do not ship any type of product.

What happens if there is a problem with my order?

If you are not satisfied with your order, you can return it for a full refund, within 14 days of delivery, as long as it is unused and still in its original packaging with labels intact. For our refund policy, see the returns tab.

We advise you to review your products at the time of delivery, as you are signing to confirm that you have received them in good condition.

What happens to my order receipt?

If your items are sent by a courier service, you should receive your order within 2-3 business days. If you do not receive your order, we will send you an email.

In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, it cannot be classified as missing until 7 days later (14 days for international orders).

However, the responsibility for lost goods in transit is ours and, therefore, we will send you a new order, as soon as the original items are delivered, or we will offer a full refund.
